Tite grip! I couldn't have any prayer of sticking to a pole without it.
It's generally used by golfers to eliminate moisture from their hands, but it works wonders for me as a pole dancer. My palms and inner thighs get SO sweaty during classes, and this takes care of it from the get-go. After the Tite grip, I usually follow with X-Grip, which is a powder made from chalk and resin. I struggled for a very long time with sweaty palms making me slip and slide off the pole. This is kind of my miracle product, really. It's going to come in very handy for my first performance in October.
