To you, what’s the hardest thing about pole dancing?
I think overall, it's very challenging -- you're constantly learning something new, training your body to do crazy things it never would in a normal day, building your strength, working your flexibility, etc. I think sometimes the hardest thing is to be willing to take a step back and take a few days off when you feel overwhelmed and overworked. While challenging, pole is also super-addicting and a lot of fun for me, so it's hard to make myself NOT go to class. But I have to consider what's best for my body and mind, and sometimes that's simply to take a day or two off. This would be much more difficult if I had a pole at home, though. :P
